Manufacturing Methods :(a) Pthalonitrile and Cuprous chloride in 180 ~ 200 ℃ heating; (b) Phthalic anhydride,Isoindoline-1,3-dione or Phthalamide and Copper salt and urea, 2-Cyanoguanidine or 4-Methylbenzenesulfonamide and Cuprous chloride (or Copper (II) chloride dihydrate) in Ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate or the presence of ARSENIC PENTOXIDE with heating (Phthalic anhydride/urea method); (C) Isoindoline-1,3-diimine and Copper salt impregnated fiber, and in the presence of reducing agent, i.e., heating in fiber produced Copper phthalocyanine (namely phthalocyanine element brilliant blue IF3G, C.I. color blue 2). When using nickel salt, in fiber is formed on the nickel phthalocyanine copper salt, than with the dyeing of cobalt blue green light weight.
Properties and Applications:brilliant blue. Red light dark blue powder. Bright color, good dyeing force, for the unstable alpha type of phthalocyanine blue pigment. Insoluble in water, ethanol and hydrocarbons. In concentrated sulfuric acid for olive solution, after dilution blue precipitation. Excellent fastness properties, easy to disperse and processing. Mainly used in printing ink, printing ink, paint, painting, watercolor, paint pigments, pigment printing, rubber and plastics coloring.
